On the bike trail 307 your leisurely bike tour leads through the scattered village of Braunwald. Thirst can be quenched on the way in the Bächialp and a piece of fresh alpine cheese can be tasted. The rapid descent leads past scattered alpine huts, through forests and meadows to Schwanden. Along the valley floor southwards you come to Linthal, from where you can take the funicular to Braunwald. Or via the steeply ascending asphalt road to Brulaui with a strenuous ride up to 1599 meters altitude to the highest point of the route. Via Nüssbüel to Braunwald, the path leads through sparse forests, past old farmhouses. From here, the magnificent view of Ortstock and Tödi is a well-deserved pleasure!
