An evening where curiosity and enjoyment meet genuine craftsmanship: at our kitchen party at Ole Liese, you can experience first-hand what happens in a Michelin-starred kitchen. Head chef Sascha Kurgan and his team invite you to stroll through the kitchen, watch them cook, ask questions and taste what has just been created on the stove. Small delicacies, big flavours, everything fresh, honest and prepared with love. In between, our chefs will explain what makes good craftsmanship, why certain combinations work so well and how the best ingredients are turned into real favourite dishes. Live music, good conversation and the feeling of being right in the middle of the action complete the evening. As a souvenir, you can take your own ‘Ole Liese’ apron home with you.
