The origin of the multi-award-winning wine from the family-run Johanniterkeller are the green, organically cultivated vines in Twann at the southern foot of the Jura. They benefit from the microclimate on the lake, the steep slopes and the sunlight reflected by the water's surface. The chalky, nutrient-poor, slightly sandy clay soils form a terroir that gives the wines their unmistakable character.
