I look forward to seeing you!Our yoga programme:ChiYoga is a flowing Hatha yoga style that adapts to the respective quality of the season. Asanas specially designed for autumn allow the body to gently retreat, support letting go and promote clarity.
We start the day with a meditation that invites you to adopt an attentive, inner posture and mindfulness. Through pranayama (breathing exercises), we strengthen the connection between body and mind - and thus achieve a balanced, vital presence. We then practise ChiYoga to promote the health of the body.
May this holistic practice give you inner warmth, expansiveness, contentment and serenity.
The afternoon practice focuses on calm and deep relaxation and connects you with your very own inner source of strength.
