Summer (Grimsel Pass open, May–October): Monday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Time slots: 10 a.m.–12 p.m., 12–2 p.m., 2–4 p.m. and 4–6 p.m.

Winter (Grimsel Pass closed, November–April): Wednesday–Sunday, 1 p.m.–5 p.m.
Time slots: 1–3 p.m. and 3–5 p.m.

kriSTALL offers a truly impressive experience in a compact space. To ensure you can enjoy the kriSTALL experience at your own pace, we operate on two-hour time slots.

The time slot is a guide, not a strict requirement. The journey via Grimselstrasse can vary depending on traffic and weather – just pop in when you arrive. During busy periods, there may occasionally be a wait.
