100% admission refund
With a confirmed table booking at Restaurant Blausee, we will refund 100% of the admission price you paid for Blausee Nature Park upon presentation of your receipt.

You can conveniently purchase your admission ticket together with your table booking here in the online shop. Alternatively, you can collect your ticket on site from the ticket machine or at the shop counter.

Booking and cancellation terms and conditions:

• Table bookings can be made online for groups of one to a maximum of nine people.
• Online bookings can be made up until 11.00 am on the day of your visit.
• We are happy to accept reservations for more than nine people via email.
• Table bookings and associated admission tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked date via email 
• In the event of late arrival, we will be happy to seat you at the next available table. This may involve a wait.
• In the event of a no-show, admission tickets will not be refunded.

Visiting without a booking
Of course, we’re also happy to welcome you to our restaurant without a booking. Depending on how busy we are, there may be a wait. Please note that the admission price cannot be refunded without a confirmed table booking.
