Do you have a well-loved piece of clothing that’s unfortunately no longer available, or an idea for a garment you’d like to sew yourself? At the OF GOODS Textile Studio, you can take a sewing class during the summer months and use our professional equipment, including industrial sewing machines and an ironing station. Thanks to the small class size (max. four participants), we can guarantee personalized attention. 

The course is led by Isabelle Mylène Schindler. She is a trained seamstress and fashion designer with experience in various ateliers specializing in women’s and men’s clothing, as well as in theater. Today, she works in a textile atelier with a focus on work-based learning and also works as a freelancer on creative projects. Her focus is on sustainable practices, creative design, and a love of craftsmanship.

What to bring 
Fabric and a pattern for your sewing project. Supplies such as thread, pattern paper, and interfacing are available at the studio. If you’d like to recreate a favorite worn-out garment, we’ll help you take your measurements.
