In this issue,
Ueli Ramseier from the Bergfeld Hof shows you that the mulberry tree, whose leaves are actually used for rearing silkworms, can also be used to produce exquisite culinary delicacies.
The Bergfeld Hof in Hinterkappelen, which specialises in arboriculture, processes the fruit and leaves of its 550 mulberry trees into tea made from fermented mulberry leaves, iced tea, ice cream, fruit spreads, schnapps and fresh juice.
We look forward to trying out these hitherto little-known culinary delights with you. Light refreshments will also be provided.
