Refreshing, surprising and full of subtle nuances: discover the fascinating world of cold-brewed Japanese teas.

In this workshop, we’ll delve into Japanese tea culture and taste various Mizudashi – cold-brewed teas with a wide range of flavour profiles. Together, we’ll explore the diversity of Japanese tea flavours and learn more about the traditions and preparation methods behind these special teas.

The practical session will focus on Koridashi : In small groups, we’ll prepare our own sencha over ice and learn the basics of this traditional method. We’ll also enjoy a Japanese sweet.

A delightful summer afternoon for anyone who wants to experience Japanese tea culture with all their senses.
