Every last Monday of the month, you can enjoy an inspiring light lunch at the Kaiserhaus and discover the diversity of regional and seasonal cuisine. During the following week, you can sample and try selected products at the test market in the Kaiserhaus. 

In this issue, Bern-based bread sommelier Patrik Bohnenblust showcases his diverse range of bread creations. Listen to the stories behind the breads as you savor your way through the different loaves—paired with select regional spreads.

The “Genussbühne” is an initiative of the RegioFood Hub, organized in collaboration with the Kaiserhaus. The focus is not only on the products themselves, but also on the people behind them: producers, chefs, and food entrepreneurs who share their stories, ideas, and visions for a strong regional food system.
