Delicious, handcrafted pralines, over which little green fairies are preparing a mysterious drink…

Exquisite and original, these ‘fairy treats’ are pralines consisting of two thin layers of pistachio marzipan, with a traditional dark chocolate ganache made from crème fraîche and absinthe spread between them. The whole is coated in white chocolate, topped with a decal of the little green fairy, the symbol of the Val-de-Travers.
