This absinthe is distilled according to the original 1898 recipe, which has been constantly refined to bring it up to date. La P’tite is an absinthe with character and a smooth body. It develops a lovely roundness on the palate thanks to the aromas of the 12 carefully selected absinthe herbs, lemon balm and hypsos from the Val-de-Travers.
