Absinthe Clandestine Green

Absinthe Clandestine Green

Full-bodied, intense on the palate and subtly bitter. Quite simply, a surprising absinthe!

The green colour of this absinthe is achieved by macerating the distillate with aromatic herbs. After filtration, the macerated mixture is added to the previously distilled absinthe.

Angélique Verte Suisse is traditionally enjoyed with sugar melted on an absinthe spoon. It can also be drunk without sugar, but it will then be slightly more bitter. It is worth noting that our German-speaking Swiss friends prefer to drink Angélique without water, much like schnapps.
