After more than two years of testing and research, Philippe Martin has launched Switzerland’s first organic absinthe!
Philippe Martin grows several of the plants used in his organic absinthe himself in his garden (which is certified organic, no less!): hyssop, lemon balm, grand wormwood and small wormwood.
