One last toast this year—laugh together, and savour the evening on purpose. At aigu, we celebrate New Year’s Eve with everything it should be: a festive apéritif, a seven-course gala dinner full of culinary ideas, and a night that can unfold naturally.

With this ticket, you reserve your table in the aigu Restaurant or in the Bistro area—pleasantly calm, with time for conversation and the dinner as the focus.

If you feel like music and dancing later, simply head over to the area with DJ & dancefloor (Wintergarten Harmonie); your table in the restaurant/bistro area will remain reserved for you throughout the night.

The evening begins at 6.30 pm with a shared apéritif. From 7.15 pm, we serve the seven-course menu, created by Executive Chef Marcel Scheuner and his team—precise, inventive, with a subtle hint of South France.

Attentive service, personal hosting and a warm atmosphere are ensured by your hosts Irene Gangwisch, Florian Gabathuler and Ehsan Pourhassan, together with the entire aigu team.

And once the final dessert has been enjoyed, the music takes over: DJ Tom Blattmann sets the beat—you do the rest. Dance your way into the new year, and return to your table anytime in between.
