This year, we are once again offering our delicious roast with classic side dishes for pickup at the Excelsior Hotel Ernst. Additionally, you will receive the finishing recipe and a jar of goose rillettes from our Head Chef, Joschua Tepner. You can also choose from a variety of appetizers, soups, and desserts during the ordering process.

We accept your orders on weekdays up to 48 hours before your desired delivery date. Please select your preferred delivery time. Kindly note that deliveries are restricted to the Cologne city region.

This year, we are once again placing a strong emphasis on sustainability: All dishes will be provided exclusively in REBOWL reusable containers. A deposit of 5 EUR per container applies, which can be returned to us or any other REBOWL return point.
