Public cream cheese workshop

The ideal offer for the whole family
Get to know the individual cheese-making processes on a ‘cheese course light’. Practical: after an hour of pressing, your cream cheese heart is ready to take away and enjoy.

You can book your place for the cream cheese workshop in advance online or on the day itself by telephone or on site. Places are limited.

  • Duration: 1h workshop (14:00 - 15:00)
  • Location: Stöckli (UG) -> Check-in at the Information desk
  • Language: The course will be held in German. For other languages, we will be happy to provide you with written translations in English, French, Italian and Spanish at the information desk.
  • Collection of fresh cheese: After 1 hour of pressing time (approx. 16:00)
