The ideal offer for the whole family Get to know the individual cheese-making processes on a ‘cheese course light’. Practical: after an hour of pressing, your cream cheese heart is ready to take away and enjoy.
- Duration: 1h workshop (14:00 - 15:00)
- Location: Stöckli (UG) -> Check-in at the Information desk
- Language: The course will be held in German. For other languages, we will be happy to provide you with written translations in English, French, Italian and Spanish at the information desk.
- Collection of fresh cheese: After 1 hour of pressing time (approx. 16:00)
