On Sunday, 21 September 2025, the elmira becomes the stage for a unique collaboration.

Our head chef Vilson Krasnic hosts an exclusive 6 Hands Lunch Experience together with:

• Christoph Aebersold (UniQuisine Atelier Stansstad, 1 Michelin star) and
• Robert Steuri (Maihöfli Lucerne, 1 Michelin star, 16 GaultMillau points).

3 Michelin stars, 3 styles of cuisine, 7 courses, one flow:

• 2 courses from each guest chef
• 3 courses by Vilson, including the final dessert

A culinary afternoon between modern French finesse, inventive contemporary cooking and radical seasonality – cooked live and served by the chefs themselves, with heart and charm.

Start: between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m.
End: approx. 5:30 p.m.
