SOUL • JAZZ │ The new programme ‘Pursuit Of Happiness’ continues the idea of the top-class quartet led by Swiss Jazz Award winner Christoph Grab of integrating a wide variety of grooves into the music and using them as a foundation for their own compositions and improvisations. Jazz and irresistible kinetic energy are fused to create an unmistakable sound; whether bluesy boogaloo, gospel ballads, New Orleans grooves, quirky reggae or Afrobeats - the band combines deep musical roots with the present and creates captivating ‘soul jazz’.
