Alle Farben cooks. For two nights.
At pigment, Frans Zimmer trades the decks for the stove - alongside Michelin-starred chef Nicolai Wiedmer and the Eckert team. Two worlds you would never normally see side by side, at one pass.
A five-course menu built around colour: vegetables at the centre, European cooking with Japanese-Asian influences. Yuzu, kalamansi, nori, black garlic, truffle. Vegetarian-vegan at heart, with meat or fish in the main course on request. Plus live music by singer-songwriter Graham Candy, and the bar stays open afterwards.
One seating per night, 70 seats. That's it.
