With a day spa ticket, you are invited to use our entire Atman Mountain Spa in Zermatt. Immerse yourself in the world of hot stone baths, saunas and fresh springs. Admission also includes activities in the ritual room (yoga, meditation) and use of the climbing wall during your spa visit.

Our spa includes:

• 45 °C steam bath (hammam)
• 85 °C Finnish sauna
• 40 °C Japanese-inspired onsen (outdoor pool)
• 2 °C natural ice bath pool
• Three relaxation rooms, including two cosy Mongolian yurts
• 11.5 m high indoor climbing wall
• Admission to the wellness area also includes activities in the ritual room, such as yoga and meditation, during your visit

We offer:

• Towels, bathrobes and slippers
• Snacks (dried fruit, nuts and fresh fruit), teas and flavoured water
• Books and board games
• Drinks and food can be ordered from a small menu at the reception of the wellness area
