Special features: This fondue is made from our tried-and-tested house blend and impresses with its creaminess and spiciness. Ingredients: Schönrieder mountain cheese, wine, Nieselberger, Swiss Lady, kirsch and corn starch. Taste, consistency: Spicy, very creamy

Fondue L'Amour (lactose-free)
Special features: This fondue is made from very tangy cheeses. A lot of prune is added as a substitute for kirsch. This gives the fondue a slight taste of vielle Prune on the finish. The L'amour fondue is one of the most aromatic fondues in our range. Ingredients: Wine, Via Allegra, Schönrieder Bergkäse, L'Amour de Bellegarde, Vacherin, vielle Prune and corn starch. Taste, consistency: very tangy and creamy, with a delicate taste of vielle Prune on the finish
