A culinary journey through the North of Côtes du Rhône 

Immerse yourself in the world of Syrah and experience a tasting that will send your senses on an exciting journey of discovery. Under the expert guidance of Jean-Christophe Sapet from Ferraton Père & Fils, we will serve four exquisite Syrah wines.

We start with the lighter Syrah and increase in complexity by combining the different facets of this noble wine with refined dishes from our kitchen. Each wine will be tasted three times to experience its diversity in different combinations: First on its own to capture the pure flavours, then paired with a delicate meat and finally with a perfectly seasoned meat.
