Our 5-course surprise menu offers a wonderful choice of delicacies, where the presentee will be guided through the evening by the Bauernschänke team without a care in the world. What's on the table is determined by the season and the market. 

The 5-course surprise menu consists of a snack, various small starters, an intermediate course, a main course and a dessert.

And because we are convinced that exceptional food also deserves exceptional drinks, we serve around 250 wines from innovative vintners, plus beer from local breweries and homemade lemonades, kombuchas and shrubs. That's why we also offer the perfect wine or non-alcoholic accompaniment to each course on request.
