When the days grow shorter and temperatures drop, we transform our restaurant Alex into a place of warmth, atmosphere, and exceptional culinary indulgence.
The perfect setting for an elegant evening dedicated to the white truffle – refined, aromatic, and simply unmatched.
Look forward to an exclusive four-course menu created by Luigi De Gregorio, Head Chef at Alex. The evening begins with three amuse-bouches served at the table, accompanied by a glass of Franciacorta to set the mood, and concludes with a sweet selection of friandises.
What makes this evening special:
You decide how much truffle you wish to enjoy. The menu is served without truffle, and you choose on the spot whether – and how much – truffle to add. It will be freshly shaved at your table and charged based on consumption – entirely according to your preference and that of your party.
The evening will be accompanied by Biagetti Tartufi, renowned specialists in high-quality truffles. They will bring their exquisite White Truffle Box, allowing you to personally select your truffle.
Of course, the right wine pairing is a must: Stefano Petta, our Head of Wine, will be present and has curated an exclusive wine list for the occasion, perfectly tailored to the flavours of the menu. Stefano will be happy to advise you personally on your wine selection.
CHF 130 per person, including amuse-bouche, Franciacorta aperitif, and four-course menu. Beverages not included. Truffle will be charged separately by the gram.
