Tartufata – An Evening Dedicated to the White Truffle
On 20 November 2026, Alex Restaurant will devote a special evening to the white truffle. Look forward to an exclusive four-course menu, with each course finished with freshly shaved white truffle. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a glass of Franciacorta.
CHF 249 per person, including the four-course menu featuring white truffle on every course, as well as a glass of Franciacorta as a welcome drink.
